How we handle the details you share with Rinee.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we collect the company, products, contact name and contact channel you provide, plus any optional email address, inquiry volume and message. We use these details to respond, arrange a demonstration and discuss your requirements.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on our Singapore-hosted server. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to authorized staff. We keep the details while needed to handle your request and related discussions; you can ask us to correct or delete them.
Website storage
The website does not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies. We process connection details, such as the request address and time, to operate the site and limit repeated submissions. The form uses your tab’s session storage to keep unsubmitted details when you switch languages. Drafts older than two hours are not restored; successful submission or Clear removes the saved draft. After confirmation, only the request reference and acknowledgement time remain in the tab’s storage, until you start a new request or the tab’s session ends.
Interactive demonstration
The sales-console demonstration requires a session cookie after sign-in. Its drone company and products are fictional examples. Other authorized demo accounts may see the shared workspace’s conversations and files. Demo conversations are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. Please do not enter passwords, payment information or confidential customer records into a demonstration.
